Where are my downloads?
After purchase, downloads are available from your receipt and account library.
Which format should I use?
Each product page will show the actual uploaded format, such as PDF, EPUB or AZW3. Not every book has every format.
How do payments work?
Checkout is handled through the payment methods currently enabled on the site. If a payment is pending review, support may confirm it before access is released.
Can I request a missing book?
Yes. Use the Book request page with the title, author or ISBN. Requests help us prioritize new additions to the catalog.
Payment or account issue?
Use the Contact page and include your order email or order number so support can check it quickly.
Download link problem?
If a link expires or fails, contact support with the book title and order email.
Refunds and replacements
If a file is damaged or a payment issue occurs, contact support first. Resolution depends on the order status and file access history.
Do all books include every format?
No. Some titles may include only one or two formats. The product page always shows the exact formats available for that title.
