Refund Policy

We sell digital ebook downloads. Because access is delivered electronically, refund requests are reviewed case by case.

When a refund may be approved

You were charged more than once for the same order.
You received the wrong title or an unusable file.
The file cannot be accessed after a reasonable support attempt.
You placed an order by mistake and did not download the files.

When refunds are usually not available

The files were downloaded successfully and there is no technical problem with delivery.
The request is based only on preference after the digital files were accessed.

How to request help

Email ebookclassic.com@gmail.com with your order number, the title involved, and a short explanation of the issue. We will review the request and reply as quickly as possible.
